Uncle Noah's Ark
There have been many stories written about Noah's Ark, a very large boat which carried and saved all of the animals from the rain and flooding that lasted for 40 days and nights.
This is a song and story that was taught to me by my mother, Middi, as a little girl. Even as an adult, I still sing this song as adults enjoy it as well.
I hope you will sing along too especially the animal sounds.

Uncle Noah's Ark - Lyrics
A long, long time ago, as all you folks should know, Uncle Noah built himself an ark.
For 40 days and nights, the rain was such a freight, the animals nearly tore the ark apart.
Oh, the duck went, "Quack", the cow went, "Moo", the rooster, "Cocka-doodle-doo"
The old tom cat sure made an awful row! "MeeOwwww!"
The old pig, "Squealed", the billy goat, "Baaaaed".
The bull frog said, "Biggest rain we ever had!" Uncle Noah's Ark's a mad house now.
The horses and cattle ...
And the fowl of the air.... Even the long eared donkey was there, "Hee Haw!"
Oh, the duck went, "Quack", the cow went, "Moo", the rooster, "Cocka-doodle-doo", all were there at Uncle Noah's Ark, oh yea,
All were there at Uncle Noah's Ark!
