PETER PLAYED THE FIDDLE - Original written by Bonnie Leigh
From the album From the Heart
Listen: Peter Played the Fiddle
When I was just a little girl, my parents would bring me with them to my grandparent's house whenever there was a music get-together. My grandfather Peter (Pepé) would play the fiddle and tap his feet in time with the music. He was a happy man and sometimes I would sit on his knee and sing along to the music. He was a self-taught musician and taught his children to play as well.

His children carried on the music tradition with their families and I loved those music get-togethers which still go on today.
